Long term solution to insurgencies.

Our humble suggestions. These are actually my long held views and the recent developments have only reinforced them. Solution(s) for naxalism: (1)- Punjab like solution. (2)- Make provincial polices & all their respective local units accountable and operational. (3)- Give AFSPA like cover & police powers during operations to CRPF. (4)- Either send young IPS on CI-Ops & field duties or don't depute any IPS to CRPF/CPMFs at any rank/level at all. (5)- CRPF's own cadre officers should lead & coordinate ops with provincial police units which in turn should be lead by IPS. (6)- All provinces ought to have their own regular anti-terror / anti-naxal units in action or reserve. (7)- Last but not the least: All central forces ought to be merged as one single force on the lines of military with the respective roles of old units remaining intact. There should be four star head of such a huge force reporting directly to HM as well as PM. Cf- Russian Internal Army. There should be no exchange of officers with provincial polices once the distribution and allocation of IPS & respective CPMF cadre officers is settled. We should not be following the British Nehruvian ConG policy of deliberately having multiple security axes to "prevent the possible challenge to the union and likely takeover of civilian authority in a democracy" hallucinations. No military will be required and all insurgencies will be quelled. It's not difficult, requires vision, will power & perseverance. Not happening till now as various power turfs are currently interlocked and the political leadership is either clueless or simply not daring to tame the beast.

नक्सलवाद का समाधान

बड़े ही दुख का विषय है कि पुनः इतना बड़ा नक्सली हमला हो गया और सरकारों ने बिना संसाधन बिना अधिकारों के जवानों को यहाँ वहाँ कूच करने का आदेश देकर और सांत्वना व बदले की कार्यवाही के खोखले स्वांग रच कर अपने कर्तव्यों की फिर से एक बार इतिश्री कर ली। दो बातें स्पष्ट हैं- १) केन्द्र सरकार इस समस्या के प्रति गम्भीर नहीं है। क्योंकि इस समस्या को लंबे समय से पाश्चात्य शक्तियों व चर्च तथा अब अरबी प्रभाव में कांग्रेस,क्षेत्रवादी दलों व सबसे बड़े देशद्रोही वामपंथियों ने अन्य समस्याओं की ही तरह इसे न केवल जन्म दिया है अपितु जानबूझकर पनपने भी दिया है ताकि अशांत अविकसित देश में वह तिकड़म से बारबार शासन में आते रहें एवं विकासहीन दारिद्र्य की स्थिति से धर्मांतरण कराया जाये(जो धड़ल्ले से हो भी रहा है) तथा अंततोगत्वा भारतवर्ष को कई छोटे टुकड़ों में बाँट कर हरसंभव दोहन किया जाये। २) तो इस समस्या का यह नहीं कि जनता को बरगलाने को सैनिकों के हाथ मुँह बांध उन्हें एकतरफा युद्ध में गाजर मूली के समान कटने भेजा जाये और इन्हीं सब कारणों से भारतीय सेना ने इसम घटिया चक्रव्यूह में फँसने से मना कर दिया क्योंकि सेना इस कृत्रिम समस्या का कोई समाधान ही नहीं है(बेवजह गाज तो गिर रही है गुलाम अर्धसैनिक बलों विशेषकर के°रि°पु°बल(CRPF) पर। बल्कि सरल किंतु कठोर तथा चिरस्थायी समाधान यह है कि भारतवर्ष में बाहर से आने वाले प्रत्येक धन की सशक्त निगरानी हो; सभी संलिप्त समर्थकों, विचारकों, नेताओं,दलों व संगठनों पर चुनचुनकर त्वरित एवम् कठोरतम कार्रवाई(मृत्युदंड तक भी) हो। फिर यह रक्तबीज रूपी माओवादी नक्सली समस्या कम से कम रक्तपात से समाप्त हो जायेगी। जय सनातन धर्म! जय भारतवर्ष!
